Except where prohibited by applicable law, this 30 day from purchase limited warranty is non-transferable and is valid only to the original purchaser from an authorized dealer and the country in which the product was purchased. Warranty does not apply to products purchased from vendors unauthorized to sell Thompson Emporium® products.
This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from authorized dealers of Thompson Emporium® Brand products.
What does this limited warranty cover?
This Limited 30 Day Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
What will we do to correct problems?
During the Warranty Period, Thompson Emporium® will replace, at no charge, products that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from an Authorized Dealer is 30 days from the date of purchase.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
● conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
● product purchased from an unauthorized dealer, distributor or third party seller
What do you have to do?
To obtain warranty coverage, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. The following information is needed to make a warranty claim:
1) Receipt showing purchase from an authorized dealer.
2) Description and picture(s) of product defect.
3) Valid mailing address and phone number.
